Family Practice Associates offers the ability to make a difference in an underserved community, while working in a vibrant, progressive, collaborative, and warm environment in an independently owned mid-sized primary care office in Wilmington, DE.

We are an approved site with the J1-Visa Waiver Program, and the National Health Service Corp, and can accept those in the Loan Repayment program.

If you have a particular passion, we are happy to help you incorporate that into your practice. While working at FPA you will have the ability to develop your own practice style and a personal rapport with your patients. We offer a favorable work-life balance with very limited weekend call, and no inpatient hospital responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including diagnosis and treatment of various conditions.
• Utilize EHR systems to maintain accurate patient records and streamline workflows.
• Educate patients on preventive care and treatment options, fostering a supportive healthcare environment.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Proficiency in EHR systems

J-1-Visa eligibility and commitment to serving in an NHSC-approved site
