A Day in the Life of a Principal Consultant
Principal Consultants are pivotal members of our Customer Success team, providing expert guidance throughout our sales and delivery processes. They play a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve tangible business outcomes from Neocol solutions.

Responsibilities:
Building Trusted Relationships: Cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with clients to achieve key business objectives and measurable results.

Project Oversight: Collaborate with Project Managers to lead and oversee solution delivery activities across clients and delivery teams.
Design and lead workshops in collaboration with Solution Architects and Business Analysts.
Analyze project deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with program objectives.
Manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Serve as an escalation point, manage risks, and facilitate executive-level steering committee discussions.

Account Management and Sales Support: Support existing and prospective clients in leveraging Neocol capabilities and best practices to drive business growth.
Facilitate smooth transitions from sales to project delivery phases, setting up project teams for success.
Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Consultants to define comprehensive solution and resource plans tailored to client needs.
Assist in developing commercial agreements such as Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Orders.
Identify new business opportunities within assigned programs in collaboration with Sales Directors and Client Partners.

Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in business consulting.
5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience.
Proven account management skills and experience in building client relationships.
Strong communication abilities with business stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing) and a focus on business processes.
Conflict resolution skills and an understanding of executive leadership dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Billing Badge and Advanced Billing Specialist Badge.
Salesforce CPQ Certification.
