The Marketing department creates passion and relevance for the Dolby Difference driving sell-in and sell-thru of Dolby enabled devices, services, content, and experiences across multiple constituents – partners, creators, consumers, and developers.
We are looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our Home Entertainment group. In this role, you will drive awareness and adoption of Dolby’s solutions that enable premium entertainment experiences across home entertainment devices, for both B2B and B2C audiences.
This critical position plays a key role in generating interest and preference for Dolby’s products and services through storytelling, strategic marketing programs, and the management of high-impact marketing partnerships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, business, and sales stakeholders—to develop and execute cohesive go-to-market strategies across the home entertainment portfolio. Additionally, you will work closely with PR, Design, Brand, Digital, Content, Regional Marketing, and Consumer Category functions to deliver integrated marketing plans.
We’re looking for a strategic and analytical marketer with deep expertise in product and industry marketing. You understand the unique value Dolby delivers across devices and platforms and know how to communicate that value effectively. Your skill set includes translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging, conducting market assessments, and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with broader adoption and engagement goals.

The San Francisco/Bay Area base salary range for this full-time position is $206,000 to 283,000,which can vary if outside this location,plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and perks and benefits for your location during the hiring process.
