What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage multiple programs or projects of moderate to high complexity independently. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, roadmaps, scopes, schedules, and governance frameworks. Monitor and mitigate program risks, ensuring consistent progress and delivery success. Communicate program status, issues, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and impact. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to anticipate challenges and drive accountability. What is Required (Qualifications) 3+ years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Proven ability to design, develop, and execute large-scale programs with measurable results. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with attention to detail. Skilled communicator with strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficiency with program management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field. PMP or PgMP certification. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
