We are looking for a Project Coordinator located at our client's location in Mountain View, CA who reports directly to the Service Onsite Program Manager.

In this role you will work in collaboration with our onsite lab technicians and the client's Project Director coordinating various aspects of their Labs & Prototyping Team functions. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient progress of their innovative projects.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work Ticket Management: Manage the intake, assignment, and tracking of all work tickets for the Labs & Prototyping team, ensuring a streamlined workflow from submission to completion.

  • Efficient Task Allocation: Skillfully assign tasks to team members, optimizing for individual skill sets, workload, and project timelines to maximize team productivity.

  • Project Tracking & Visibility: Maintain up-to-date visibility on key project schedules, milestones, deadlines, and overall progress, proactively identifying potential roadblocks.

  • Reporting & Communication: Generate and distribute daily work summaries and comprehensive progress reports to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparent and timely communication.

  • Additional Duties & Responsibilities: Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the direct Supervisor, or client's Director to support team objectives, and meet evolving business and project needs to ensure smooth operations.

  4. Capability to manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous activities.

  5. Proficient with computers and standard office programs (e.g. Windows, Excel, Word).

  6. Strong problem-solving skills & critical thinking abilities

  7. Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.

What qualifications are required:

  1. AA degree with emphasis in business, engineering, design, or liberal arts or commensurate experience.

  2. Minimum one year of experience in a related industry or trade.

  3. Hands-on installation or prior project coordination experience is an advantage.

  4. Knowledge of current products and trends in audio, video, show control, etc.
