Join our team as a Project Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting our Project Delivery Team in ensuring construction projects run smoothly and efficiently. Base Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Project Managers, Superintendents, and Executives.
• Oversee subcontractor and owner billing, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, invoices, lien waivers, and compliance records.
• Assist in project setup, including gathering contract documents, setting up subcontractors, and tracking insurance requirements.
• Coordinate project closeout activities, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and organized.
• Process change orders and assist with the submission and tracking of RFIs and submittals.
• Facilitate project meetings, including preparing materials, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of three years of relevant experience .
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Procore preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities .
• Notary Public certification is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment .
