Title : Project Coordinator

Location : Louisville, KY - HYBRID

Shift : M-F Regular 20-30 hour work week - HYBRID , each week varies (can do 4 hours everyday or can just do TUES-THURS when everyones onsite, etc)

Pay : $20-$25hrly

Insight Global is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for an extended contract opportunity supporting a large food and beverage service company. They will be working a hybrid remote schedule where they will be remote 2 days out of the week and reporting to the office in Louisville, KY 3 days out of the week. This individual will be primarily responsible for accelerating existing large capital projects and strategic plans for QCC projects. Responsibilities include facilitating purchase orders, schedules, invoices, etc. This individual must be extremely organized and detail oriented as they will utilize Microsoft Excel for all documentation and Microsoft PowerPoint for any presentation needs. The ideal candidate is hungry to get their career started in the project engineering/project management space and will have the opportunity to potentially run their own project if exceling in this role. They could also travel to any of the 11 QCC locations; however, this is not required.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• BA or Associates degree
• Professional working experience with Microsoft Excel
• Professional working experience with Microsoft Office Products
• Comfortably with making phone calls, facilitating Purchase Orders, schedules, invoices , etc.

Plusses:

• Understanding of engineering principals and jargon
• Experience in a food and beverage industry
