Reputable Community Healthcare Clinic seeks experienced Full or Part-time Psychiatrist - position may be remote with California license, prefer hybrid and/or onsite commutable distance to Healdsburg/Windsor, CA

The full or part-time Psychiatrist diagnoses and treats a variety of psychiatric disorders in an Outpatient FQHC setting.

Operating within the scope of specialty, some of the responsibilities will include the following:

Elicits and records information about patient's medical and psychological history.
Examines patient to determine general physical condition.
Orders or executes various tests, analyses, and diagnostic assessments to provide information on the patient's condition.
Analyzes reports and findings of tests of examination, and diagnoses condition.
Administers or prescribes treatments and drugs.
Refers patients to medical specialist or other practitioner for specialized medical treatment..
Adheres to health center standards for productivity as defined by the medical director and senior management.
Participates in quality improvement initiatives. Adheres to quality assurance guidelines and aids the health center in reaching its clinical quality goals. Adheres to nationally recognized health care standards.
Knows and follows clinic policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Education:

MD or DO licensure with completion of residency in psychiatry specialty.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Current California Medical License
Board Certification

Other Skills and Abilities

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
