What You'll Be Doing
- Operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the truck and equipment
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations during operations
What Are We Looking For
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate heavy vehicles in various traffic and weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
