Bham Buyers has an immediate opening for a highly energetic, experienced, motivated, Real Estate transaction coordinator. You will join a passionate, fast-growing and innovative team who drives real estate investing.
You must be a team player with strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills. Along with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections. We are looking for someone that wants to be a part of something great and grow with us. If you change jobs frequently... this isn't for you.
We have a sales team that acquires properties every day and we need a transaction coordinator to help us stay organized and make sure all of our deals get closed!
Responsibilities
· Liaison between Buyers, Sellers, and Title Companies to get our properties closed and funded
· Ensure that we have all proper paperwork over to title company
· Follow up with all parties involved in transaction to get closed within our deadline
· Keep sellers happy while we take them through the process of selling their home
Qualifications:
· Real-Estate experience is preferred (leasing, title company, etc), but not required
· Work well under pressure
· Must feel comfortable speaking with people over the phone
· Comfortable typing and navigating on a computer
· Prior experience with Microsoft Office including word and excel
· Must love people and love fun!
