Location: Cedar Park, TX

Start Date: May/June 2025

Starting Salary: $50,000 Base Salary (Depending on Experience) + Uncapped Commission + Yearly Bonuses

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Entry Level Physician Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is tailor-made for an enthusiastic individual eager to dive into the world of healthcare recruitment and showcase their skills in a dynamic setting.

As a member of our growing team, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals. This multifaceted position encompasses various responsibilities, with a primary focus on the essential components of cold calling and phone sales. The successful candidate will be tasked with proactively reaching out to potential candidates to introduce our services, build relationships, and drive business growth through effective communication and sales strategies. Strong phone etiquette, persuasive communication skills, and a proactive approach are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified providers for locum tenens opportunities. Leverage online platforms, databases, and networking strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Proactively engage in cold calling to potential clients to secure new business opportunities
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their preferences, skills, and career goals. Maintain regular communication to nurture long-term connections and encourage repeat assignments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and provider satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
