Flying Bark Productions is a dynamic and innovative animation studio dedicated to pushing the boundaries of character animation and storytelling. We are working on exciting projects such as Avatar: The Last Airbender feature film, Netflix's Ghostbusters animated series and Stranger Things animated series, as well as our production Tales From Outer Suburbia by Shaun Tan. Location: Los Angeles Job Type: Full-Time for 6 months Department: People & Culture Reports To: People & Culture Manager Your Role As our Recruiter, you will partner closely with our Production and People & Culture teams to attract and hire top talent for our growing studio. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining a strong network of industry contacts and staying informed about potential candidates Creating and posting engaging job ads aligned with our brand Screening and shortlisting candidates for Producers and Supervisors Scheduling and participating in interviews Communicating with candidates throughout the process, including sending offers and rejection letters Assisting Producers with contract negotiations Coordinating skills tests and tracking applicant progress Ensuring NDAs and reference checks are completed Keeping accurate records in BambooHR HRIS Helping update and document job descriptions What Were Looking For Available full time for 6 months based primarily in our Glendale, LA office Exceptional organisational skills with great attention to detail and confidentiality Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and GSuite Adaptable and comfortable managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Passionate about childrens animation and film/TV production Why Join Us?
