Would you like to be a part of the fastest growing specialty in veterinary medicine? Gold Coast Center for Veterinary Care is a state-of-the-art referral hospital currently seeking a NY State Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our Physical Rehabilitation team.

Gold Coast is proud to offer a variety of rehabilitation services and modalities to our patients including: in-patient/out-patient rehab, home exercise programs, weight loss management, client education, numerous assistive devices, therapeutic laser, electric stimulation, therapeutic massage, therapeutic exercises, therapeutic ultrasound, underwater treadmill therapy and a wide range of exercise equipment.

No rehabilitation experience necessary. All training provided! Also offering compensation for Rehabilitation school to become a CCRP. We look forward to hearing from you! Veterinary Technician License/License eligible required for this position. 
Here is What Your day May Consist of:

• Intravenous catheter placement and venipuncture 
• Administer drugs (IV, SQ, Oral) 
• Assists with radiographic procedures 
• Perform diagnostic blood, urine, and fecal testing
• Provide care to hospitalized patients
• Manage invoicing of patients 
• Client communication and education 
• Admitting and discharging patients 

Here is What You Will Bring to the Position:

• Preferred Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Experience in a veterinary setting 
  • Completion of an AVMA accredited Veterinary Technology program 
  • Current hold a Veterinary Technician License (LVT)
