OTE: $65,000-$110,000 •

As an
Account Manager , your focus is
high-volume outbound calling to
generate new opportunities and
build B2B relationships with real estate agents across the country. You'll help secure homes for their clients - and lay the foundation for your future in professional sales.
This is
lead generation with a purpose - every connection helps protect families and communities.
What You'll Do • Make
150-200 outbound calls daily • Generate leads via agent referrals and follow-ups
• Meet monthly lead generation KPIs (we provide
200+ new contacts weekly )
• Collaborate with our team to continuously improve pitch & process
What You'll Bring •
1+ years preferred sales or call center experience • High-energy, self-starter mindset
• Strong communication & listening skills
• Grit, resilience, and the drive to win
• CRM & Microsoft Office familiarity
