We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a remote Project Assistant. As a Project Assistant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an ongoing project by conducting detailed research on court records.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive research on court records

• Updating permissions related to services based on the research findings

• Using personal computer, printer, and phone to complete tasks efficiently

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for data entry and organization

• Providing excellent customer service during interactions

• Organizing files and data in a systematic manner

• Scanning relevant documents as part of the research process

• Applying computer research skills to enhance the efficiency of the project.

• Exceptional customer service skills, capable of professionally and courteously addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Proficient data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate complex spreadsheets.
• Experience in using Microsoft Outlook for email and schedule management.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.
• Organizational skills, particularly in managing and organizing files, both digital and physical.
• Ability to perform scanning tasks, ensuring clear and accurate digitization of documents.
• Strong computer research skills, capable of finding and synthesizing information from a variety of sources.
