Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hope Hull, AL, for a Safety Manager. The Safety Manager will oversee and implement comprehensive occupational health and safety programs, ensure compliance with environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations, conduct safety training sessions, and lead accident investigations. The role also involves identifying potential risks and implementing industrial safety measures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in Occupational Health and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices.
• Proficiency in Safety Training and Accident Investigation procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to develop effective safety policies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to promote a culture of safety.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Certifications such as OSHA, CSP, or equivalent are an advantage.

Salary

$75,000-$90,000 based on experience.
