Description We are currently seeking to hire an enthusiastic, dedicated
Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level direct B2B and B2C sales role with daily interactions tied to various aspects of our marketing platform. Candidate must be able to travel and be willing to work at all 3 of our locations - downtown Nashville, Cool Springs Galleria and Murfreesboro (The Avenue). This role has dual responsibilities, working in our cafe 15+ hours/week as a Crew Team Member (interfacing with customers) and supporting our sales and marketing/business development platform 20 hours/week remotely. While in the store supporting our business, tips are included which generally average between $10-12/hour.
Candidate will be compensated at $15.00/hr. + tips when working in cafe. Direct/outside sales will be based on commission rate of 25% on all sales. There is no cap on commission compensation. This is a tremendous sales opportunity for beginner in outside sales as our products sell themselves!
Job Requirements, Skill Sets & Experience: - Work closely with our internal Sales & Marketing team to maintain the company's brand
- Integrate sales routines into social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Interact with direct customers (B2C) and business customers (B2B) and other business partners/vendors/stakeholders via our Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Leverage LinkedIn as a sales tool to build out connections and turn into relationships via CRM
- Drive new customer relationships and support additional revenue streams though reaching out to leads and taking orders
• Should be familiar with or have experience with the following software and platforms:
- Canva
- Powerpoint
- Microsoft Excel
- Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Customer Review Platforms (Google, Yelp, Trip Advisor)
- Brevo
