We are currently looking for energetic and enthusiastic Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, spreading the word about our high-quality solar products and services right at the doorstep of potential customers!

As a Door-to-Door Sales Rep, you will engage with homeowners to discuss the benefits of switching to solar energy, answer their questions, and help them see the value in their investment. Responsibilities

• Knock on doors and speak with homeowners about solar energy solutions
• Educate potential clients on the benefits of solar and our product offerings
• Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly
• Set up appointments for follow-up consultations and site assessments
• Handle objections with professionalism and provide solutions
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Prior sales experience, especially in door-to-door or direct sales, is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for renewable energy
• Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
• A valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation
