Allegiance Gold, a premier precious metals firm in Los Angeles, is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to join our Calabasas office!!!

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Perform system administration tasks, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and software systems
• Salesforce Integration and automation with Vonage
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality
• Implement security measures and protocols to protect systems and data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system enhancements and upgrades
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels for various systems
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Salesforce is a must
• Strong knowledge of system design principles and best practices
• Proficiency in various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and server technologies (e.g., Azure, DHCP, DNS)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., NoSQL, MySQL) and programming languages (e.g., Java, T-SQL)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

SALARY: $115,000-$135,000
