Senior Salesforce Developer / Project Coordinator (Contract)

📍 Location: Newark, CA (Remote flexibility with PST hours)

💵 Pay Rate: Up to $78/hr

📅 Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension or conversion)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong project coordination experience to join a dynamic digital software team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a passion for delivering scalable Salesforce Field Service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust Salesforce Field Service solutions.
• Develop custom features using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using industry-standard patterns.
• Create and manage dashboards and reporting tools.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support project managers with planning, tracking, and analysis.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–10 years of experience in software development and project coordination.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Strong experience with Jira (8+ years).
• Proven ability to create dashboards and manage program-level tasks.
• Background in software environments; automotive or EV experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training required.
