Hiring Lead Salesforce DevOps Engineer with Copado - NO REMOTE, Irving, TX- 3 days in office.

12+ years experience Salesforce, DevOps and Copado , at least 3 yrs of US onsite experience

Actively manage and configure our Copado platform to ensure it is operational and meets our needs.
Engage in collaborative problem-solving to meet technical challenges, roadmap future solutions, and continuously raise the bar for Salesforce and Copado excellence.
Work closely with the development team to facilitate the promotion of code changes, using Copado's capabilities to automate and streamline processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective DevOps solutions within Copado.
CI/CD: Hands-on experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools like Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or Autorabit.
Experience with version control systems like Git and understanding of branching and merging strategies.
Experience managing multiple Salesforce environments and sandboxes, including data seeding and data masking.
Proven track record of managing Salesforce releases, including metadata and data migrations.
Experience working in Agile development environments and participating in Agile ceremonies.
Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Copado Fundamentals 1&2
