About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Paid Media Manager to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing complex paid advertising campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook) and Google platforms, to drive results for our diverse client base. Substantial experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads is required for consideration. Resumes without demonstrable experience in SEM, PPC, or directly related digital advertising work will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize sophisticated paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads platforms
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to make data-driven decisions and significantly improve performance
• Create comprehensive, executive-level reports for clients, showcasing campaign performance and ROI
• Manage high-value client relationships, presenting advanced strategies and results professionally
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategies
• Strategically monitor and manage substantial budgets across multiple client accounts

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social and search advertising campaigns, specifically with Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Proven track record of success in driving ROI through paid advertising campaigns
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Expert-level proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and relevant analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for high-level client interactions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Active certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint (required)
