Job Title:   Security Site Supervisor – Luxury Downtown Center

Location:   West Palm Beach, FL

Salary:  $50,000+ annually (based on experience & qualifications)

Schedule: Monday - Friday,  Day Time, Full-Time. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and peak client hours

About the Role

SecurTec is seeking a seasoned   Security Supervisor   to oversee a team of seven Protective Services Officers at one of Northern Palm Beach County’s premier luxury destinations. This upscale center features fine dining, boutique retail, and high-end businesses, drawing a high-profile clientele. The Security Supervisor will lead daily operations, uphold service excellence, and ensure all security functions meet SecurTec’s standards and the client’s expectations.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring operational oversight, strong communication skills, and the ability to model professionalism under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of 7 Protective Services Officers.
  
• Oversee daily security operations, post coverage, and personnel performance.
  
• Conduct site inspections, coaching, and corrective action when needed.
  
• Serve as primary liaison with client management and SecurTec leadership.
  
• Maintain a visible presence during peak hours to support officers and ensure service excellence.
  
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with decisiveness and sound judgment.
  
• Review, audit, and approve daily activity reports, incident reports, and logs.
  
• Train and mentor officers to ensure compliance with all SecurTec and client standards.
  
• Assist with scheduling and workforce coordination.
  
• Represent SecurTec with professionalism, discretion, and integrity at all times.
  

Requirements

• Supervisory or leadership experience required  (security, hospitality, military or law enforcement preferred).
  
• Prior experience in executive protection, hospitality security, or high-profile environments strongly preferred.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead by example.
  
• High level of situational awareness and problem-solving ability.
  
• Professional appearance and customer-service-driven mindset.
  
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak hours.
  
• Valid   Florida Class D Security License  (Class G preferred).
  
• Reliable transportation.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Military, law enforcement, or luxury hospitality background
  
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification
