Seeking a skilled and experienced Security Supervisor with expertise in fire life safety. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing security operations while also ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and protocols.

Shift: Monday - Friday 7AM-3PM

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and identify potential security risks & fire hazards.

· Maintain fire safety plans, policies, and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

· Coordinate fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures, ensuring security staff are prepared and informed.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for fire department officials and regulatory agencies during inspections and emergencies.

· Conduct investigations into fire incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

· Familiarization of campus fire panels.

· Maintain accurate records of security and fire safety activities, incidents, and personnel assignments.

· Supervise daily security team operations during the shift, ensuring efficient task completion.

· Perform routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, crafting strategies for risk reduction.

· Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, swiftly responding to security breaches or incidents.

· Educate and train security personnel on protocols and emergency response plans.

· Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations.

· Stay abreast of evolving security trends, technologies, and regulations, providing recommendations for system and procedural enhancements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a security supervisor or similar role.

· In-depth knowledge of security protocols, procedures, fire safety regulations, emergency action plans, and fire panels.

· Fire Life Safety Director certification.
