A fast-growing financial advisory firm is seeking an Analyst to join their team. The Analyst will work with clients to improve their finance and accounting operations, support transformation initiatives, and enhance the effectiveness of controllership functions. Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and insightful variance analysis.
• Drive monthly and quarterly reporting including financial modeling and KPI tracking.
• Provide clear and actionable insights from complex data to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist in developing long-range planning processes and scenario modeling.
• Evaluate performance metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support investor reporting and board presentations with clear financial storytelling.

Requirements

• CPA qualified with a strong background in Accounting.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Experience in startups or high-growth environments is highly preferred, but candidates from other industries with strong analytical and adaptive capabilities are welcome.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with financial modeling.
• Familiarity with planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and attention to detail.
