Salary Range: $150,000-$200,000 base plus competitive equity.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing revenue stream in a dynamic workplace platform launched in 2023. As an iOS Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing core product features, evaluating their impact on business metrics, and ensuring the highest quality standards for the mobile app. The team is responsible for the products success, with engineers owning the full development and release cycle while driving technical and process improvements to enhance team velocity.

The mobile apps modular architecture and reactive programming-based tech stack provide a robust environment for innovation and scalability. Engineers are empowered to work collaboratively with designers and product managers to deliver outstanding user experiences while scaling the platform to support a large customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to create exceptional product experiences.
• Scale the mobile app to support usage by tens of thousands of customers.
• Design and implement core iOS application components to support key features.
• Conduct technical design and code reviews while sharing knowledge and expertise across teams.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code that reinforces an exceptional user experience.

Ideal Candidates Should Have:

Required Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5-10 years of iOS development experience.
• At least two roles with 2+ years of tenure at reputable companies in mobile engineering.
• Proficiency with Swift Concurrency and SwiftUI.
• Strong experience leading large technical projects, preferably across multiple teams.
• Solid expertise in functional reactive programming (RxSwift, AsyncSequence, Combine).

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves):

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Knowledge of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or iBeacons.
• Experience working with location services.
