Position: Sr. Project Manager - Land Development

Location: Ontario, CA

Base Salary: $150,000 - $175,000

Summary

Join a leading, employee-owned civil engineering firm known for their innovative and sustainable solutions for a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and public works. Notable projects include high-profile entertainment complex in Ontario, a master planned community in early stages in San Bernardino, and repeat work with local universities and health care providers.

With support from their LA-area HQ (design production staff, engineers, HR, Billing, and Admin) be the second in command for the company's office in Ontario as they expand services in the inland empire, with sights set on the High Desert and Coachella Valley.

The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for...

• All aspects of conceptual site plans, site design, roadway design, grading and drainage systems, storm-water pollution prevention plans, and engineering construction documents
• Develop project proposals, scopes, and budgets, and manage execution and tracking of projects
• Develop the local and regional client-base for the land development discipline
• Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff.
• Prepare and present technical reports and project documentation.

The Sr. Project Manager should have...

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
• PE License in California
• 12+ years of relevant experience (private sector site/civil)
