DGM Home Solutions, Inc. delivers top-notch construction services in Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. We are expanding and seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our projects and drive our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have extensive construction management experience, strong leadership skills, and a track record of successful project delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead construction projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and monitor project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct project meetings, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 5 yrs+ experience as a Senior Project Manager in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish)- highly preferred
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Clean driving record required.

Compensation:

• Salary: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
• Performance-based raises and advancement opportunities.
• To start there will be a 90-day trial period, after which your performance will be evaluated.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (Preferred not required)
