Salary: $90,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• In this role, I will lead the design and development of scalable software solutions leveraging AWS, React, SQL, Spring Boot, and Java. I will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I will gather and analyze requirements, transforming them into technical specifications. I will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, nurturing a culture of ongoing learning and improvement. Ensuring code quality and maintainability will be a priority for me as I conduct regular code reviews and implement best practices. I will optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and enacting effective solutions. Additionally, I will coordinate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and guarantee seamless integration with existing systems. Comprehensive documentation for all software projects will be developed and maintained by me to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity. I will keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating them into project development when applicable. Engaging regularly with stakeholders will be key for providing project updates and gathering feedback for continuous enhancement. I plan to implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards. Driving innovation will be part of my mission as I explore new tools and technologies to enhance software development processes, ultimately contributing to the company’s vision by delivering impactful software solutions that elevate customer satisfaction and business growth.

This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site, facilitating a balanced work-life experience. Our annual salary range for this role is between $138,500 and $162,500, depending on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate. This position also qualifies for our discretionary annual incentive program, subject to performance and the terms of our applicable plans.
