Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year

Duties
Perform advanced, specialized engineering/planning work requiring independent judgment
Manage client relationships
Prepare and manage proposals and budgets
Coordinate and lead the work of junior staff on multi-faceted projects
Train and mentor junior staff
Prepare technical reports
Perform QA/QC procedures
Present information and/or findings to public agencies, review boards, governing bodies, and community groups
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Planning, or equivalent experience
P.E. License or AICP Certification
10+ years of experience in traffic engineering and/or transportation planning
Proficiency with traffic analysis software, (HCS, Synchro, VISSIM preferred)
