Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Location: Hybrid (On-site 2 days/week)

Contract Length: 6 months with extensions

Compensation: up to $65/hour

Benefits: 2 weeks of accrued PTO plus additional benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive web and mobile experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.
• Collaborate with product owners to define design strategies.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0, Section 508).
• Work within and contribute to design systems for consistency.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Focus on mobile-first, responsive design for multiple devices.
• Use Figma for design, prototyping, and testing.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5–8+ years in UX/UI design.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma and responsive design.
• Experience designing mobile-first websites and applications.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0, Section 508).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
