We are seeking a talented and driven SEO Lead to join our in-house agency team and help us optimize our digital presence. The SEO Lead will be responsible for driving our SEO strategy, optimizing digital content, and managing various internal operations. This role requires a blend of technical SEO expertise, content marketing skills, and strong analytical abilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven, and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: • SEO and Content Optimization: o Perform technical SEO tasks to improve website performance. o Optimize digital content and manage web-based digital campaigns. o Handle data migration and content optimization during platform transitions. • Internal Operations: o Design and optimize internal processes and workflows. o Automate processes using various tools and platforms. o Manage vendor relationships and platform workflows. • Education and Communication: o Develop and deliver SEO training and educational materials. o Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different teams. Required Skills: • Technical SEO: o Understanding of search engine algorithms and technical SEO practices. o Experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog. • Content Marketing: o Experience in digital content creation and optimization. o Knowledge of web-based digital campaigns. • Analytical Skills: o Proficiency in analyzing data and deriving insights for SEO strategies. o Ability to work with various analytical tools and platforms. • Technical Skills: o Basic understanding of software and technical processes. o Ability to manage and optimize workflows on various platforms. • Soft Skills: o Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. o Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. o Proactive and driven with the ability to work independently.
