Job Description
Position Overview:
The Showing Agent supports the leasing team by providing prospective tenants with in-person tours of rental properties. As the face of our property management team during showings, this role is key to delivering a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly experience to renters while helping to fill vacancies efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate and conduct scheduled property showings for prospective renters
Ensure each property is presentable before each showing (lights on, doors unlocked, clean appearance, etc.)
Communicate key property details, features, and leasing requirements to prospective tenants
Collect and report feedback from showings to the leasing or property management team and owners
Provide light assistance with lockbox placement, signage, and rental flyers as needed
Ensure all showing activity is properly documented in our property management system (e.g., AppFolio)
Report any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues to the property management team immediately
Maintain regular communication with the leasing office to confirm showing availability and updates
Comply with all Fair Housing laws and company policies during interactions with the public
Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times
Required Qualifications:
Must be bilingual conversational (Spanish)
Real estate license (preferred but not required )
Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or customer service preferred
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance
Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with prospective tenants /Spanish speaking is a MUST
Dependable, organized, and punctual
Proficient with smartphones, GPS, and basic office technology
Schedule currently Tuesday-Saturday
