Position Overview:

The Showing Agent supports the leasing team by providing prospective tenants with in-person tours of rental properties. As the face of our property management team during showings, this role is key to delivering a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly experience to renters while helping to fill vacancies efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and conduct scheduled property showings for prospective renters

• Ensure each property is presentable before each showing (lights on, doors unlocked, clean appearance, etc.)

• Communicate key property details, features, and leasing requirements to prospective tenants

• Collect and report feedback from showings to the leasing or property management team and owners

• Provide light assistance with lockbox placement, signage, and rental flyers as needed

• Ensure all showing activity is properly documented in our property management system (e.g., AppFolio)

• Report any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues to the property management team immediately

• Maintain regular communication with the leasing office to confirm showing availability and updates

• Comply with all Fair Housing laws and company policies during interactions with the public

• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Required Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual conversational (Spanish)

• Real estate license (preferred but not required )

• Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or customer service preferred

• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance

• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with prospective tenants /Spanish speaking is a MUST

• Dependable, organized, and punctual

• Proficient with smartphones, GPS, and basic office technology

• Schedule currently Tuesday-Saturday
