We are hiring for Small Cell RF Engineer, Remote
RF Engineer Supporting Regional Small Cell Team
Performing the following scope:
- NCIF (Node Configuration Information File) creation support
- Proposal design reviews- necessitate financial acumen and scope of fiber work
- In Building DOT (radio) deployment lead - includes COP review and RSRP Coverage analysis
- Market/ Vendor Design intakes and inquiries and coverage analysis - great communication skills adept at communicating with our customer (market RF)
- RFDS creation
This individual should have the following credentials and/or experience:
- Previous experience deploying small cells either as CM or PM
- Experience with Extenet or Crown fiber or small cells teams/orgs
- Technical knowledge or RF propagation and basic design principles
- Atoll experience
- Previous TMO experience is a plus - MB experience
- Previous placement in the role involved the following skillset requirements as well:
- Atoll expertise
- Must have very strong Design engineering with small cell
- Deep knowledge of predictions and propagations, site configuration, RFDS
- Must be able to Design a small cell end to end—engineer a site including the cabling, equipment, etc more of a solutions engineer
- Experience with NCIF (NCIF-Node Configuration Information Form)
