The Social Media Manager will lead the strategy, content creation, and reporting for the social programs across our clients family of brands.

Keys

  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, audio and video).
  • Experience managing social media brand and service campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Create original digital content across various social media platforms including copy, imagery, audio & video.
  • Plan and create relevant content that aligns with the overall business strategies.
  • Track trends and conversations and find opportunities to leverage internal experts to develop relevant content & drive influencer and engagement strategies.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to build a strong social presence for company brands
  • Write compelling social media content related to products, campaigns, other collaterals
  • Publish and measure the engagement of social content
  • Run social media campaigns (organic & paid) to achieve specific objectives
  • Collaborate within the marketing team to support multiple brands
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Social Media Marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Photoshop and some design skills preferred.
  • Photography and videography skills a plus.
  • Magento e-commerce platform or other e-commerce platform usage a plus
