Role Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts across platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Farcaster. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, with a knack for online interaction and memetic engagement. Beyond daily management, youll lead the development and execution of high-impact social campaigns and foster a thriving online community through strategic content and regular live events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
  • Oversee end-to-end management of multiple social media accounts across Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Farcaster.
  • Monitor social media engagement, track inbound requests through direct messages, and log relevant information.
  • Proactively engage in memetic and trend-based interactions to foster a strong online presence and relevance.
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics and refine strategies to improve engagement and reach.

• Campaign Development & Execution:
  • Develop and lead diverse social media campaigns, including brand awareness, content, engagement bait, partnership announcements, and technical storytelling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and technical deep dives.
  • Own the campaign lifecycle, from ideation to execution and reporting.

• Community Engagement & Online Events:
  • Organize and host regular online events such as Twitter Spaces, live streams, and webinars in collaboration with partners and the community.
  • Actively engage with the community to build trust, maintain relationships, and amplify the companys voice.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with influencers and key partners to drive campaign success.

• Performance Reporting:
  • Track and measure the performance of all social media channels and campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports highlighting key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) and insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data to optimize future campaigns and social media strategy.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of ROI for campaigns and initiatives, aligning with broader company objectives.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to inform innovative approaches.

Qualifications: Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in web3 / crypto.
• Proven ability to manage multiple social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels like Farcaster).
• Strong track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns. Exceptional communication skills, with a creative flair for memetic and trend-based engagement.
• Experience hosting live online events (e.g., Twitter Spaces, live streams, webinars).
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing social media metrics and refining strategies accordingly.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with crypto, AI, blockchain, or tech-focused industries.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
• Proficiency in using tools like typefully and other social management tools for scheduling and analytics.
• Video editing or graphic design experience is a plus.
