We are looking for a motivated, self-starting, and hard-working individual to oversee and execute the processes of taking videos, editing the videos, and uploading the videos to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, as well as other social media platforms to drive traffic to our websites and increase sales and revenue. Some of the responsibilities this person would take on include communicating with different people to understand what shots need to be taken, regularly setting up cameras to get many different angles/shots, changing batteries, changing memory, uploading footage, editing footage, creating long format videos (10 to 30 minutes each), creating Shorts, Reels, TikToks, communicating with other companies trying to acquire sponsorship's, as well as other related activities within this sphere of digital videography, content creation, and social media marketing. This same general activities would be applied to our three companies: Ordnance.com, DestructiveDevices.com, and Sandy Creek Farms. The first two companies specialize in military weapons; both static displays for museums, training aids, and movie props, as well as live fire weapons. The third company, which is at a location 15 minutes away, is a wedding venue. This position is not eligible for remote working; you must work on-site, and work would be split between the three businesses (there is the potential for editing videos at home). The position being offered is a salaried position at $65,000 per year, with an average weekly workload of 60 hours per week split between the different activities of the three businesses. For the wedding venue, most weddings and functions are on the weekend, so it is required to be on-site during these events to capture video content. This is not every single weekend, but it is most weekends. For obvious reasons, it is important to us that applicants are pro 2nd amendment, and pro USA. If you dont love this country and dont like guns, this isnt the job for you. We will require an in-person interview before the job is offered. This will consist of an interview and a demonstration of your social media/video and video editing skills.
