Software Engineering Technical Leader, SaaS Backend - Nexus HyperFabric The SaaS Engineering organization within the Cisco Networking Group is committed to revolutionizing the deployment of generative AI applications. What You'll Do You will develop backend software for a production cloud service for Cisco Networking Engineering to simplify the deployment of generative AI applications, providing IT visibility and analytics across the entire AI infrastructure stack. You will design and develop features - from analyzing requirements and scoping to design execution with quality throughout the development and deployment pipeline for a CI/CD cloud service deployment. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of development experience with Go, C/C++, Java, and/or Python Experience with data structures, algorithms, and software design Recent experience (within 2 years) building components/agents for networking OS Experience working with technologies such as AWS, Linux, Virtualization, etc. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD Experience with microservices software architecture Experience building and delivering SaaS offerings Strong analytical and debugging skills Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to think creatively and be self-motivated Great communication skills, both verbal and written Why Cisco? #WeAreCisco.
