We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our technical offerings and the customer's needs, acting as a trusted advisor and aligning our products and services with their specific requirements.

In this role, you will: 

• Be a highly collaborative partner with our account executive team. 
• Deeply understand client needs and challenges to develop customized demonstrations and solutions.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing clients.
• Own certain sales enablement processes and assets, and be responsible for their maintenance and improvement. 
• Have a direct and measurable impact on our ability to close deals. 

We are looking for someone with: 

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical sales role or a similar solution consulting position
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• A passion and talent for storytelling
• Strong presentation acumen, including the ability to be agile and pivot during conversations with clients and think on your feet - sometimes you’ll have to throw the script out the window!
• A strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate these into client-facing language
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• The ability to build relationships and navigate client challenges
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Basic design skills including a command of Powerpoint/Google slides, Canva, and/or Figma

What will make you stand out: 

• Experience in the B2B SaaS industry
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of markets such as associations and growth equity 

This role will be frequently remote with occasional hybrid days in the Milwaukee, WI area. Reasonable day-travel distance to the Milwaukee, WI area will be beneficial. Occasional opportunities for further travel. Relocation support is not available. All applicants for employment must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
