Job Title: Sourcing/Procurement Analyst

Duration: 3 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE

Location: Wilmington, Delaware 19808

Pay Rate: $40.00 $42.20 hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholders
• Execute sourcing strategies for the Information Technology categories of spend
• Conduct supply market analysis, cost modelling and benchmarking
• Lead the contract review/renewal process, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on plans
• Lead supplier selection and negotiation process, execute sourcing activities
• Negotiate favourable contract terms, conditions, and price for Client
• Conduct spends analysis of assigned category and propose/execute on opportunities
• Provide efficient and consistent communication to stakeholders on the progress of sourcing engagements
• Manage supplier relationships, supplier reviews as assigned

Job Posting Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's Degree or University Degree or equivalent, MBA and or CPM preferred
• Typically, 3+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
• Possesses in-depth skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience and internal recognition in specialty.
• Successful, multi-year track record in a procurement organization, as Strategic Sourcing Manager with typically 3+ years of relevant experience
• In depth IT Category experience required, execution of IT sourcing engagements.
• Analytical skills, spend analysis and ability to navigate excel, and other business intelligent analytical tools required
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing, business and contract terms
• Negotiation and communication skills are critical to this position
• Desired planning/project management skills, ability to set and keep timelines
