Complexions Spa is currently accepting resumes for a detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team. In this essential role, you'll help maintain a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment for all guests while supporting our service providers and enhancing the overall spa experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain spa cleanliness by following established procedures for treatment rooms, restrooms, stock rooms, reception areas, and locker rooms
  
• Wash, dry, fold, and organize towels and linens; maintain the laundry area and dressing rooms
  
• Prepare and serve beverages, spa lunches, and light refreshments
  
• Bake cookies daily and ensure all food/beverage items are presented attractively and hygienically
  
• Clean and load dishes into the dishwasher after use
  
• Keep public areas—including the spa lobby, locker rooms, and waiting areas—neat and presentable at all times
  
• Straighten magazines and refresh flower arrangements (replace water as needed)
  
• Ensure all areas meet spa and salon sanitation standards, supporting state licensing and health regulations
  
• Assist staff and management with various operational needs to ensure smooth guest flow and service delivery
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or spa environment preferred
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols
  
• Warm, friendly, and helpful demeanor with guests and coworkers alike
  
• Ability to multitask and remain efficient in a fast-paced environment
  
• Availability for some evening and weekend shifts

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hotel, housekeeping, or hospitality environment

Team player with strong work ethic

Excellent customer service skills

Self-motivated to work independently with little or no direction

Neat and professional appearance

Flexible and available to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
