**Job Overview:**
**Supply Chain Planning** _Sacramento Site_
Responsible for overseeing all material-related functions supporting daily production operations, including procurement, inventory management, and SAP system transactions. Maintains accurate material flow, stock levels, and documentation to support operational efficiency and corporate compliance. Serves as a key contributor to inventory accuracy, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Production, and Warehouse teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage procurement of materials and services from external suppliers and intercompany sources.
+ Maintain accurate stock levels through regular inventory monitoring, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
+ Execute and troubleshoot SAP material movements, ensuring data integrity and alignment with the General Ledger.
+ Serve as backup for production planning activities and support cross-functional teams in resolving inventory discrepancies.
+ Lead root cause analysis for inventory transaction issues and drive process improvements to support corporate standards.
+ Present inventory performance metrics to senior leadership; support continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Audit and correct SAP inventory records; investigate and document inventory losses or damaged goods.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, OSHA, and food safety standards.
+ Oversee inbound STOs and reconciliation of third-party site inventories under site responsibility.
+ Maintain master data accuracy in SAP and support reporting needs during month-end closing.
+ Monitor and renew required permits and licenses relevant to site operations.
**Total Rewards:**
+ **Salary Range:** $44,500 - $68,500 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 1 year experience with automated warehouse management systems; SAP experience highly preferred.
+ At least 1 year of manufacturing experience, ideally in planning or scheduling roles.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
+ Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
