Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Project Manager

Duration: Contract

Sesheng Company is partnering with a leading enterprise client to drive their strategic initiatives within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Project Manager to lead critical CRM projects.

Project Overview:

The Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, technical project management methodologies, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 implementation, upgrade, and customization projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses effectively.
• Coordinate and manage technical teams, including developers, architects, and consultants.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure the quality and successful delivery of CRM solutions.
• Oversee testing and deployment activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience (8+ years) managing complex IT projects, with a significant focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 implementations and customizations.
• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 architecture, modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.), and related technologies.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing technical resources.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience managing project budgets and schedules.
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with data migration and integration processes related to Dynamics CRM.
