Calling all Sales Superstars! Fast-growing B2B supplier of vending, POS solutions as well as coin-operated machines is looking for route sales representatives to join the IL team!

This role would particularly suit people with experience in small businesses (gas stations, grocery or liquor stores, bars, internet cafes, etc.), B2B sales, and general distribution. You are expected to build and maintain B2B relationships with small local businesses in Chicago and the 150-mile radius suburbs of Illinois.

Our ideal candidate is an articulate, outgoing self-starter who possesses a hunger to grow and evolve in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule and attend small business location appointments (20 new to 30 per day).
• Make a placement of the product devices (minimum 10 locations per week).
• Meet existing customers in order to identify and qualify potential prospects and present current product offers.
• Provide professional demonstrations or presentations of Company products and services while onsite.
• To form a liaison between the Company and the customers for up-to-date pricing, service, and the latest product-release launches.
• Continuously update all prospects on Company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
• Enhance up-to-date knowledge of new products, procedures, services, and tools by attending departmental and training meetings.
• Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the Company in a positive manner.
• Update and maintain customer leads and account records, including contact names and numbers for future sales in Company CRM.
• Assertively follow up on business opportunities.

Position Requirements:

• 2+ years of direct sales experience
• 2+ years of B2B Sales Experience
• Ability to develop business relationships with clients and decision-makers
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Negotiating and closing skills
• Pass interview/assessment qualifications
• Valid Driver’s License and car
• Ability to travel/stay on route 100%

This is a field-based direct sales position offering a base salary and commission. Being bilingual in Spanish will put you on top of our list!
