Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate, organized, and dynamic individual to join our team as the Director for Drama Kids in the Apollo Beach, Brandon, and Wesley Chapel areas. The Director will oversee the production of our musical theatre performances, ensuring each show aligns with our values of creativity, inclusivity, and personal development. This role requires regular travel between locations, effective leadership, and a strong commitment to maintaining the high standards of our program. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and direct seasonal drama performances in the designated areas (Apollo Beach, Brandon, Wesley Chapel).
Work closely with teachers and students to ensure smooth and successful productions.
Uphold and promote the values of Drama Kids, emphasizing creativity, confidence, and teamwork.
Manage logistics, including venue setup, costumes, rehearsal schedules, and show timelines.
Travel between multiple locations to supervise rehearsals and performances.
Collaborate with parents, schools, and community partners to promote Drama Kids’ mission.
Ensure that all safety and performance guidelines are met.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in drama/theater production, education, or youth programming preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages and backgrounds.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel regularly between Apollo Beach, Brandon, and Wesley Chapel.
