Volt is immediately hiring for TIG Welder in Chatsworth, CA!

Job Description:

• Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Perform GTAW (TIG) welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials per project requirements.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions to ensure welding accuracy.
• Prepare materials for welding, including cleaning, cutting, and shaping.
• Conduct quality inspections of completed welds to ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be open to test in interview
• Proven experience as a GTAW (TIG) Welder.
• Proficiency in welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.

Preferred:

• Aerospace background preferred
• Welding certifications (e.g., AWS, ASME) are a plus but not required.

Pay: $23–$27/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Overtime mandatory as needed)
