Job Description

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Essential Job Functions:

1. Inspect Tractor & Equipment at the start of each shift and through the day as needed to assure that equipment is in safe running condition.
2. Operate and maintain tractor as well as special equipment carryalls, housekeepers, Corner-puller, broom, blower, BG scraper and disc in the removal of old litter, the placement of new litter (sawdust) and leveling of ground in and around chicken houses in a safe and efficient manner.
3. Perform groundwork as needed.
4. Report all damages to equipment and or buildings your supervisor immediately.

1. Additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

1. Must have a valid Class C driver’s license with a clean DMV printout.
2. Must be able to operate tractor and special equipment.
3. Must be motivated to work independently as needed.
4. Must be able to perform groundwork when needed.
5. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
