Weekend REQ: 1 call weekend every 3-5 weeks

On-call REQ: 2HR CALL BACK MIN. 8 call days within a 4-week period, 1 call weekend every 3-5 weeks Friday-Monday. 24hrs on-call Saturday and Sunday.

Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: within cath lab unit

Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No

Open to accommodating block schedule?: Attempts will be made to schedule as consistently as possible.

Locals Accepted: No Within 75 miles of this facility

Pending State License Accepted: Pending

RTO Restrictions: 7 days

Guaranteed Hours: # per week? 40 hours

Special Requirements: ARRT

Top 10 Procedures/Scans: Structural heart - TAVR, Mitraclip, Watchman (covered by in-house cath lab team), IR , Neuro

Hourly Breakdown
Total Hourly Pay Rate: $100.15 Per Hour
On W2(Taxable): $20.00 Per Hour
Stipend(Non-Taxable): $80.15 Per Hour

Weekly Breakdown:
Weekly Gross: $4,006.00 Per Week
On W2(Taxable): $800.00 Per Week
Stipend(Non-Taxable): $3,206.00 Per Week
