MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST 

DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS/MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Shift: 12hours/Days
Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient

 

Qualifications:

• MLS (MT) or MLT certification required .
• Certification by ASCP, NCA, or equivalent required (must be listed on profile).
• BLS certification required .
• Minimum 2 years of recent laboratory experience .
• Experience with blood bank testing strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Dimension EXL analyzers highly desirable.
• Strong phlebotomy, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently under pressure.

Schedule:

• Day shift (no weekends).
• On-call rotation required : 10–12 shifts per month with call-back, including shared weekends.
