Halvor Lines is Hiring Company Drivers and Contracting Owner Operators
- OTR & Regional Positions
(no local) - Pet & Rider Policy
- Orientation Pay
Deck Van, Dry Van, Reefer & Flatbed positions available
Company Driver
- Top 10% of drivers make $100,000 annually
- Top 50% of drivers make $85,000 annually
- Drivers average $1,300 - $1,500 weekly
- $1,000 Orientation Pay
- Deck Van, Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed positions available (depending on location)
- All trucks are 3 years or newer
- Trucks equipped with an inverter, refrigerator, smart TV, and a bunk heater
- Outward facing camera (no inward)
- Fuel bonus available
- Up to $.06 for a performance bonus
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401k with 100% employer match of the first 4% contribution
- Paid time off

Deck Van Division
Our deck van drivers do not load trucks, they pick up pre-loaded trailers. Drivers do unload the ATV/UTVs off the trailers by using ramps at the dealership.
- Top Earner in 2024 made $108,000
- Weekly fleet average: $1,488
- Base pay: $.46-$.56 CPM
- Up to $.08 performance and safety bonus a fuel bonus
- Home weekends!
- $100 per load for deck trailer ramp pay
- $32 stop pay
- Driver unloads ATV/UTVs off the trailers by using ramps to drive the units out of the trailer
- Top Earner in 2024 made $108,000
- Weekly fleet average: $1,488
- Base pay: $.46-$.56 CPM

- Percentage - 72%
- Fuel surcharge paid on loaded miles
- Up to .02 for a Safety bonus
- Truck must be 10 years old or newer
- Hubs available in: Rosemount, MN, Green Bay, WI, Chicago, IL, South Bend, IN, Memphis, TN, and Des Moines, IA
Flatbed
- Pay options:
- Mileage- $1.34 loaded and $.84 empty
- Percentage - 75%
- Fuel surcharge paid on loaded miles
- Up to .02 for a Safety bonus
- Truck must be 10 years old or newer
- Reefer
- Pay options:
- Mileage - $1.24 loaded and $.80 empty
- Percentage - 72%

Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience within the last 36 months
- We allow up to 8 jobs within the last 36 months
- No major moving violations within the last 36 months
- No more than 4 moving violations in the last 36 months
- No preventable critical accidents or preventable DOT recordable accidents within the last 36 months
- No more than 4 (noncritical) preventable accidents within the last 36 months
- Owner Operators: Truck must be 10 years old or newer
